To make great ciders it requires time, skill, effort, knowledge of the varieties and the process. But there is no single way to make cider, that is why Gabe Cook – in this two part series – will be following the cider making process from the lens of two different cider makers.

In this second part Gabe will continues to follow the more modern, approach of making real cider at Newton Court Cider in North Herefordshire and the more traditional approach used by Wilkins Cider in Somerset. This video will guide you through the journey of cider from barrel to bottle.
